1. Subscription Renewals
- Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) are set to renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to your job postings or application status.
- Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription. You may cancel the auto-renewal at any time through your Account Settings.
2. Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@jobfinderexpert.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscribed features (e.g., chat history, resume views, or job applications) until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations or for periods where the account was active but not utilized.
3. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
jobfinderexpert.com operates on a No Refund policy. Once a subscription is processed, the fees are non-refundable. This is due to the immediate nature of the services provided, including:
- Immediate access to the Job Seeker resume database.
- Instant activation of the integrated Chat and Calling system.
- The ability to post live job vacancies to our global audience.
- Access to the Profile Verification process.
4. Exceptions
We only issue refunds under the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a documented technical glitch on our end prevented you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate Billing: If our system accidentally charged your payment method twice for the same billing period.
- Legal Requirement: If the local laws of your specific jurisdiction (e.g., certain EU consumer protections) mandate a cooling-off period that cannot be waived.
5. Profile Verification Fees
Fees paid for Profile Verification are payment for the review process itself. If your profile is rejected because you provided false documentation, or if your "Verified" status is revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
- By subscribing, you agree that you have read and accepted this "No Refund" policy.
- In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to provide this signed policy and your account usage logs to your bank as evidence to dispute the claim.
- Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be immediately suspended until the issue is resolved.
